




Customer service for internal and external customers via email, telephone, and WhatsApp. Enter and track sales orders, monitoring the entire order flow and coordinating with the warehouse/shipping department to meet deadlines. Prepare proposals and follow up with customers and the sales department. Prepare reports, analyze data, and organize spreadsheets to support the sales team. Perform tasks with empathy, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements: Customer service experience; Administrative routines; Microsoft Office Suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Familiarity with CRM tools.
