JOB MISSION: Carry out academic record procedures, maintain document storage, support document issuance, respond to student requests, and address pedagogical and operational needs. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify, organize, and digitize enrollment documents, as well as other documents related to academic records; * Verify, organize, digitize, and keep student registration data up to date; * Issue documents such as certificates of enrollment and academic transcripts; * Support the issuance of documents such as diplomas and certificates; * Verify and resolve student academic and/or curricular record issues; * Organize and archive documents; * Respond to student requests; * Address and resolve requests from faculty members and course coordinators; * Address and resolve requests from administrative departments. 2512190202551874348
