




We are looking for a professional to work in the Human Resources department. Main Responsibilities: \- Responsible for the Human Resources department, conducting all headcount analysis and demand, carrying out recruitment and selection. \- Control and management of the Pipefy system. Support in onboarding and offboarding processes. \- Verification and control of electronic timekeeping. \- Development and execution of monthly internal marketing initiatives. \- Conducting weekly alignment meetings with supervision and management. Qualifications and Competencies: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Prior experience in Human Resources, with focus on recruitment and selection, training and development, or personnel administration. \- Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance practices. \- Interpersonal communication skills, with ability to build trusting relationships.
