




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and dynamic Purchasing Assistant to manage corporate travel logistics, control inventory, and prepare budgets, providing essential administrative support. The professional will serve as the central point for corporate travel logistics (airfare and accommodation) and play a key role in administrative support through rigorous inventory control and budget preparation for various company supplies. Responsibilities: * **Travel Management:** Execute quotations, reservations, and issuance of domestic and international air tickets and accommodations, always seeking optimal cost\-benefit. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor stock levels of materials (office, cleaning, or warehouse), conduct periodic inventories, and request replenishments to prevent stockouts. * **Budget Preparation:** Conduct cost assessments, request quotes from various suppliers, and consolidate comparative analysis reports for executive approval. * **Traveler Support:** Provide assistance with check\-ins, cancellations, last-minute changes, and general support to employees traveling on business. * **Supplier Management:** Register new partners, negotiate payment terms, and monitor order delivery schedules. * **Financial Compliance:** Organize invoices, corporate credit card statements, and ensure all expenses comply with company policy. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (currently enrolled preferred). * Prior experience in procurement, administrative routines, or travel agencies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel is essential for inventory and budget control). * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Analytical profile to compare proposals and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable. * Must reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos. Additional Information: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute lunch break * Employment type: CLT \- Hybrid
