Know the menu, dish composition, product codes, and promotional campaigns, seeking regular updates from leadership to ensure consistent quality in customer service. Ensure positive customer relationships with the goal of fostering loyalty, always providing prompt and courteous service, responding swiftly to issues, and contributing to an excellent customer experience—delivering products that meet the Network's quality and timing standards. Safeguard the brand’s image by reporting any irregularities related to products, communications, complaints, or issues affecting customer loyalty to leadership. Follow Sales Steps guidelines to deliver qualified and suggestive sales to customers, aiming to increase average transaction value (TM) and enhance service quality. Ensure continuous replenishment of the display counter during the shift so that products and utensils remain adequately stocked, supporting daily sector preparation and assembly, and enabling efficient customer service. Ensure all equipment used is in good condition and fully operational, promptly notifying leadership when maintenance or replacement is required. Support all departments as requested by leadership to ensure smooth overall operations. Act cooperatively and with a strong team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues and leaders across departments to collectively elevate the brand’s reputation and improve store performance.
