For more information, click here. **What you will do** The Quality Control Associate I is responsible for performing complex testing and analyses to ensure product compliance with specifications, collecting and analyzing defect data, and supporting process improvements. You will review inspection records, monitor complaints, and collaborate with teams to identify and implement quality improvements: Key responsibilities: * Performs medium-to-high complexity quality control chemical testing and analysis on products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure compliance with established specifications. For example: liquid and gas chromatography analysis for release of finished goods, intermediates, and raw materials, among other analytical techniques. * Performs complex calculations and records test results in applicable documents/systems. * Participates in or leads laboratory investigations of out-of-specification results. * Participates in health, safety, and environmental committees and others. * Responsible for training and document review. * Participates in and/or leads company improvement projects. **What we’re looking for** Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields, with 0–2 years of experience in quality control or related areas. * Availability to work first and second shifts. * Basic understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
