Store organization and cleaning for customer reception **Description:** **Education:** Completed High School **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing area KPIs, work teams, promoters, and staff scheduling; Goods receipt, order processing, supply replenishment control, inventory, expiry dates, refrigerated and perishable items, cold storage; Prior to store opening, verify temperatures of gondolas, freezers, and refrigerators; inspect island and aisle organization; ensure store organization and cleanliness (no pallets or scattered shopping carts) for customer reception; Conduct alignment meetings with the team to communicate new incentive campaigns, birthday promotions, or unresolved issues from the previous day; organize chilled and frozen chambers to ensure product rotation (first-in, first-out); Perform continuous restocking of products in sales areas to prevent stockouts and consequent lost sales; Remain attentive to restocking of backlight-related products; Supervise the promoter team. Proven experience in leadership roles within Perishables, frozen products, and cold storage operations.
