This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy operational tasks, pay close attention to detail, and wish to grow within a structured and collaborative environment. **On-site | São José dos Campos–SP (Aquarius) | PJ** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organizing documents related to accounts payable routines; * Assisting in reconciling bank statements; * Recording and verifying invoices and expenses; * Organizing and controlling tax documents and invoices; * Supporting internal departments and suppliers; * Assisting with administrative and financial routines of the department **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * 1–2 years of experience in finance; * Knowledge of invoices; * Knowledge of taxes and tax routines; * Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sienge (or similar); * Profile characterized by focus and attention to detail, organization, agility in task execution, and continuous pursuit of learning and development. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the **Sienge ERP**; * Experience in the civil construction sector; **Benefits** ?
