




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving customers, managing visits, directing inquiries, maintaining an organized and clean environment, and supporting the sales and marketing teams. Organization and maintenance of the workplace environment **Responsibilities and Duties** Greet customers and showroom visitors courteously and warmly; Register visitor information for better control and management of needs; Direct visitors to on-duty real estate agents; Serve water, coffee, and other bar items; Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness with attention to detail and direct reporting to management; Handle telephone, digital, and in-person communications enthusiastically and courteously; Maintain positive relationships with sales executives and the marketing team; Ensure adequate stock of supplies and marketing materials for sales; Complete spreadsheets to track management requirements; Monitor vehicle departures from the showroom and assist drivers; Manage key access control for apartments and company-owned spaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of **Excel**. * **Strong verbal and written communication skills**. * Experience in **customer service**, preferably in **Concierge** or **Reception** roles. * Organizational skills and professional demeanor.
