The professional will coordinate the PCMSO, integrating it with the PGR/GRO, ensure compliance with eSocial and LGPD, manage clinical workflows, and promote health education.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Coordinate the PCMSO according to NR-7, including annual planning, definition of medical examinations, ASO, reports, and preventive actions;
* Integrate the PCMSO with the PGR/GRO (NR-01), including psychosocial risks;
* Consider exposures to physical, chemical, and biological agents (NR-09) and feed back prevention measures;
* Ensure compliance and governance of eSocial events: S-2210, S-2220, and S-2240;
* Ensure consistency of health information for the Electronic PPP;
* Manage clinical workflows for the following programs: PAE, Health Coaching, Nascer GP, and Telemedicine;
* Develop clinical protocols aligned with CFM Resolution 2.314/2022 (telemedicine);
* Ensure LGPD compliance in processing sensitive data;
* Investigate causal links, propose job reassignment, and advise leadership;
* Promote health education, campaigns, immunizations, ergonomics, and mental health;
* Prepare the Analytical PCMSO Report;
* Management of Health department KPIs.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Medical degree with CRM and RQE in Occupational Medicine;
* Experience coordinating the PCMSO integrated with the PGR/GRO (NR-01) and NR-09;
* Proficiency in eSocial OHS (S-2210/S-2220/S-2240) and the Electronic PPP;
* Knowledge of SOC and SAP systems.
