Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead operational teams to achieve maximum commitment and performance; * Maximize resources, ensuring higher productivity and lower cost; * Optimize input usage, applying only what is recommended according to technical instructions; * Ensure daily production reporting with quality and timeliness, guaranteeing accurate information; * Support the supervisor in monitoring employee attendance, contributing to reduced absenteeism; * Guide the team to perform activities safely, with quality and productivity; * Maintain company assets under your responsibility, ensuring correct usage by all team members; * Guarantee execution of activities assigned by the supervisor, adopting best practices; * Occasionally operate light vehicles when licensed; * Act as firefighter and leader during forest fires and frosts; * Support quality assessments when required and ensure compliance with parameters measured in process evaluations according to technical instructions; * Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (SGQ), Environmental Management System (SGA), 5S, SIGA, and Occupational Health and Safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Reside in São Miguel Arcanjo; * Completed High School education; * Experience in this role and/or related areas. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
