Analyze purchase requests and negotiate with domestic suppliers 2. Interpret technical drawings and standards, evaluating and qualifying suppliers 3. Monitor performance, seek cost reduction, and ensure compliance Procure materials, supplies, equipment, and technical services, ensuring optimal price, quality, delivery lead time, and technical compliance to meet company requirements and guarantee efficient operational supply. * Analyze purchase requests containing detailed technical specifications. * Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic suppliers. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications, standards, and technical requirements. * Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure quality. * Negotiate contracts, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and technical conditions. * Track delivery deadlines and supplier performance. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Finance departments. * Develop new strategic suppliers. * Monitor performance indicators (cost, delivery time, quality). * Identify cost-saving opportunities. * Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
