As an **Operational Assistant II**, you will be responsible for monitoring trips, downloading delivery confirmations, and generating KPIs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Receive additional requests and schedule required vehicles. * Register shipments in the Scheduling Dashboard and issue OCTs. * Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers. * Monitor deliveries, pickups, and trips. * Update pickups and deliveries in the system and generate routes. * Feed data for KPIs and reports. * Approve freight receipts according to the current rate table. * Sign for receipt of delivery confirmations. * Guide drivers. * Define cargo distribution and prioritize critical shipments. * Ensure organization of the workspace, materials, and confidentiality of information. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school or a degree in Logistics. * Availability to work during this shift and rotation schedule. **IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Experience in transportation and warehousing.
