Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **Manufacturing Engineering Internship** ==================================== Country/Region: BR Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, BR, 18103\-905 Req ID 86612 \| Sorocaba, Brazil, ZF Automotive Brasil Ltda. **Job Description** ------------------- **About the Team:** You will work alongside the Production Engineering team — a dynamic unit that collaborates directly with the factory on developing and improving processes, fixtures, machines, and digital solutions. It is a collaborative environment where you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day engineering activities and learn from experienced professionals. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, participate in real projects, and contribute to improvements that directly impact production process efficiency and quality. **What to Expect as an Engineering Intern:** * Collaborate with the Production Engineering team to support the development of machine and fixture projects; * Assist the Engineering team in updating Operations documentation; * Support supplier development for tools, fixtures, and machine components to enhance process efficiency; * Collaborate with the factory to update standardized work procedures and conduct workshops using ZFPS methodologies; * Partner with the factory on initiatives to reduce scrap and consumption of tools and other consumables; * Participate in digitization projects using ZF-provided tools. **Your Profile as an Engineering Intern:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Technology; * Microsoft Office (Intermediate) — Advanced preferred; * Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (capable of building simple solutions) — Intermediate to Advanced preferred; * AutoCAD — preferred; * Advanced English; * Knowledge of mechanical technical drawing. **Why Choose ZF:** * Health insurance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program.
