




Mission Responsible for the operational execution of harvesting, loading, internal fruit movement, and bin operations on farms under their responsibility, aiming to meet corporate planning through compliance with schedules, performance indicators, costs, loading and transportation, work teams, and legislation. What You Will Do Execute the farm's operational harvest plan under your responsibility, aiming to meet corporate planning through compliance with schedules (e.g., blocks to be harvested, volume to be delivered, fruit variety and quality, team logistics on farms, among others), as well as ensuring fruit harvesting within specifications and responding to adverse conditions (e.g., fruit crystallization, fruit drop, greening, among others). Receive, break down, and monitor area performance indicators, ensuring target achievement and proposing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions whenever necessary. Operate internal logistics (loading, internal movement, and bin operations), aiming to meet harvest planning and scheduling on the farm under your responsibility, as well as monitoring and ensuring proper fruit storage in bins, without neglecting legal requirements. Participate—jointly with the Human Resources Department—in the recruitment and selection process for harvest teams and team leaders, in accordance with internal policy and pre-established planning. Support the Harvest Supervisor in the biweekly closing of harvest events, aiming to ensure correct team payments based on daily events and/or adversities. Control the current accounts of harvest team leaders to ensure that the variance between reported and actual volumes remains within the range established by the planning department. Support the fruit estimation process through visual analysis of all farm blocks under your responsibility, comparing them against parameters from previous harvests, and determine orchard harvesting complexity for the picker payment table, in accordance with established norms and procedures. Carry out the fruit-shaking process, following guidance from the Fruit Research Department, to develop a technical estimate for comparison with the visual estimate, thereby defining the final harvest figure. Ensure proper use of PPE, harvesting materials, bins, vehicles, loading and handling machinery, among others, instructing the team whenever necessary. Train and guide the team whenever necessary regarding the operational harvest process, aligned with the training plan, safety regulations, internal procedures, current legislation, among others. Execute and audit the procedure for signage and release of the harvest platform to the loading area, in accordance with pre-established internal standards.
