**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support Quality administrative activities related to Customer Service, Mass Production, Raw Materials, and the Quality Management System.
* Support the preparation of Quality documents (procedures, instructions, records).
* Support the preparation of Quality spreadsheets and presentations.
* Support the analysis of abnormalities in parts and components.
* Support the follow-up of Quality department activities.
* Support the preparation for customer and certification body audits.
* Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and ensure environmental preservation actions.
* Continuously focus on prevention of quality issues and customer complaints.
* Implement the 2S1Y concept and maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in work areas.
* Issue purchase requisitions.
* Issue invoices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**OUR UNIT:**
It is TG Group’s first factory in South America, currently manufacturing plastic, rubber, and automotive safety systems. GDBR’s history in Itapetininga began in 2012 with land acquisition. In 2013, construction of facilities, machinery procurement, production line assembly, and hiring schedule planning commenced. Equipment testing and initial hiring started in 2014. Since the early years, numerous reliability, quality, and efficiency tests have been conducted. Following the official inauguration in 2016, we achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2017, continuously enhancing environmental protection and mitigating potential impacts from our production chain on stakeholders and society. In 2020, we received ISO 9001 certification, ensuring quality in our products and processes as a world-class provider committed to customer satisfaction while considering all interested parties. In 2022, we obtained IATF 16949 certification—a standard exclusively granted to companies serving the automotive sector—demonstrating compliance with the Quality Management System process requirements that drive continuous improvement and affirm adherence to our Quality Policy:
