Job Summary: Process Technician with experience in industrial environments, focused on optimizing injection molding, extrusion, plastic molding, and tube heading machines for squeeze tubes. Work with tube heading and modeling We are seeking a Process Technician with solid industrial experience, particularly in processes involving injection molding, extrusion, plastic molding, and squeeze tube heading machines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring productive efficiency by performing machine regulation, setup, and optimization, with a focus on performance indicators (KPIs). **Key Responsibilities** * Perform pre-setup, setup, and machine parameterization * Carry out tool changes and process adjustments * Conduct trial runs of new processes and products * Identify, monitor, and optimize processes with a focus on KPIs * Adjust sensors and ensure proper equipment operation * Work on squeeze tube heading processes (injection or compression molding) * Work with tube modeling and joining processes ("nozzle") * Operate and adjust molding tools **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum of **8 years of experience** as a Process Technician * Experience with **plastic tube heading machines using molding rings** * Experience in **injection and/or compression molding** processes * Knowledge of plastic injection molding machine parameterization **Desirable Qualifications** * Technical or specialized training in the field of **plastics** * Knowledge of **machining and mechanical fitting** * Training in **technical drawing reading and interpretation** and **metrology** **Behavioral Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Advantages** * Prior experience with plastic molding techniques * Experience in high-performance industrial environments **Benefits** Health Insurance Meal Allowance Transportation Assistance Pharmacy Benefit Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
