




1\. **Create** component drawings, informational assembly drawings, and production assembly drawings based on specifications, samples, and/or drawings provided by the customer and engineering. 2\. **Prepare** design studies, **analyze** and **perform** general calculations for proper dimensioning and functionality of parts. 3\. **Conduct** customer visits for new product development. 4\. **Conduct** supplier visits to monitor manufacturing processes. 5\. **Perform** research and update product applications for the aftermarket. 6\. **Generate** codes for new products; components and cables, and register them in the system (cost/engineering). 7\. **Register** drawings in the computerized system, controlling them through their revisions. 8\. **Create** work instructions. 9\. **Make** drawing changes when requested via PAT (Technical Change Request). 10\. **Create** drawings for production processes (Work Instructions). 11\. **Perform** pricing quotation for new products. 12\. **Update** pricing for current products. 13\. **Participate** in FMEA development and review. 14\. **Develop** PPAP documentation for new products (**develop** dimensional, material and functional reports, PSW). 15\. **Perform** inspections/tests according to control plans, record results, and take appropriate actions. 16\. **Perform** tests according to the laboratory manual, record results, and take appropriate actions. 17\. **Conduct** process and product audits. 18\. **Perform** layout inspections. 19\. **Deliver** internal training sessions. 20\. **Work** continuously with computerized systems to facilitate and expedite procedures. 21\. **Update** performance indicators. 22\. **Maintain** department document files organized. 23\. Safeguard access passwords to systems, data, software, terminals, computers, and third\-party websites where applicable. 24\. **Participate** in the proper selection and disposal of waste generated in the department. 25\. **Reduce** consumption of natural resources (water, energy, gas, supplies). 26\. **Perform** related tasks as directed by immediate supervisor.
