Job Summary: Professional responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of medical-hospital equipment, inventory control, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support across various areas Perform corrective maintenance on hospital medical equipment (surgical, diagnostic, and outpatient clinic equipment); Receive and process service orders from the MV system, and record supplies on the service order for inventory deduction; Assist in inventory control by making accurate entries for inventory deductions, purchase requests, and physical counts for inventory audits. Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on medical equipment according to the monthly schedule; Monitor maintenance activities carried out by external service providers, including conducting supplier inspections for each service performed; Conduct scheduled checklist rounds to verify functionality and cleanliness of medical equipment; Assist in opening service tickets with external providers via email, phone, or WhatsApp; Assist in controlling the dispatch and receipt of equipment and materials; Assist in communicating immediate repair unavailability for cancellation cases; Perform remote access with external companies to resolve medical equipment issues; Provide emergency support for hydraulic, electrical, and refrigeration service orders to the building maintenance department; Refuel the generator in the absence of the electrician or another building maintenance staff member; Sign technical reports for internal maintenance activities; Assist in archiving technical maintenance reports; Support the receipt and transportation of medical gases, including cylinder handling, pipeline inspection, and signaling supply needs; Transport fixed assets.
