Senior Quality Engineer with expertise in test automation. Candidates are expected to have at least 4 years of prior experience as a Quality Analyst, Test Engineer, QA, or in another role related to the quality domain. We seek a technically strong professional committed to quality from the earliest stages of development and possessing a mindset focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with other Quality Engineers to ensure release quality; * Automate and maintain tests for Web and API contexts; * Design and execute manual tests (exploratory, regression, and usability); * Validate performance and security using specialized tools; * Execute API testing using tools such as Postman and automated scripts; * Interact with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines; * Manage bugs and support root cause analysis; * Collaborate with developers and analysts to prevent defects from the design phase; * Actively participate in quality communities, sharing best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Relevant experience as a Quality Analyst, Test Engineer, or QA (minimum 4 years); * Proficiency in test automation using Robot Framework; * Experience with other automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is desirable; * Knowledge of performance testing using JMeter and/or Locust; * Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman (or similar); * Ability to read and interpret logs and analyze failures; * Basic or advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar for automation scripting; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps); * Experience with version control tools such as Git; * Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and database validation; * Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, Quality Center, or Jira is desirable; * Understanding of software security and performance validation. **Soft Skills:** * Clear communication: Articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences; * Problem solving: Apply strategic approaches to technical challenges; * Critical thinking: Propose continuous improvements and optimizations; * Accountability: Take ownership of deliverables and their impact on the project; * Systems thinking: Assess the impact of changes on product quality and business objectives; * Mentoring and collaboration: Share knowledge and elevate the team’s technical level; * Adaptability: Quickly adjust to project changes and evolving demands. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
