**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us** — a person with broad technical vision, strong delivery capability, and experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities** Development and Maintenance (Backend and Frontend) * Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. * Implement scalable, secure, and well-structured solutions following software engineering standards. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of interfaces using TypeScript and React, ensuring quality, composability, and UI/UX best practices. * Write clean, sustainable, and testable code both on the backend and frontend. Testing and Quality * Create and maintain tests (unit, integration, and functional) using JUnit, Mockito, and equivalent frontend tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). * Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring quality standards and best practices. * Use static analysis tools and automated pipelines to ensure continuous quality. Database Integration * Model, optimize, and maintain queries in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Work with Hibernate/JPA for persistence and entity mapping. System Integrations and Inter-System Communication * Build integrations with external APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and other distributed services. * Implement robust authentication and authorization models (OAuth2, JWT). Performance and Scalability * Monitor, diagnose, and optimize application performance. * Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support scalability improvements. Architecture and Design * Participate in the evolution of the microservices-based architecture, proposing solutions aligned with business challenges. * Contribute to technical decisions, always aligned with internal standards. DevOps and Deployment * Collaborate with the DevOps team to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines. * Perform deployments across development, staging, and production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Documentation and Communication * Clearly document technical decisions, APIs, and features. * Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
