




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the preparation, analysis, and management of contracts, guaranteeing legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment. Negotiation of contractual clauses with clients and suppliers **Job Objective** Ensure proper preparation, analysis, management, and monitoring of contracts entered into by the company, including service agreements, supplier contracts, client contracts, and PJ (legal entity) contractor agreements, guaranteeing legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational strategies. **Main Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and analyze service, supply, construction, and partnership contracts. * Ensure contracts comply with applicable legislation and internal policies. * Monitor deadlines, validity periods, price adjustments, amendments, and contractual conditions. * Negotiate contractual clauses with clients, suppliers, and partners. * Support Engineering, Procurement, HR, and Finance departments on contractual matters. * Manage contracts with legal entities (service providers and third parties). * Mitigate legal and operational risks through preventive analyses. * Populate contract management systems with updated contractual information. * Support internal and external audits related to contracts. * Prepare managerial reports on contractual status and performance indicators. **Required Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Contract Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Contract Law, Compliance, or Business Management (preferred). **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Experience in contract management within engineering, civil construction, or infrastructure companies. * Experience with civil works contracts and outsourced service agreements. * Knowledge of labor and civil legislation applicable to contracts. * Proficiency in ERP tools (e.g., **TOTVS**) and advanced spreadsheet applications (Excel). * Familiarity with contractual audit and compliance practices. **Technical Skills** * Drafting and analyzing complex contracts. * Monitoring contractual deadlines and management indicators. * Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers. * Use of document management systems and ERP platforms. **Benefits** Dental insurance (Porto Seguro), Health insurance (Unimed), Pharmacy discount program (System Farm), Life insurance, Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction), Breakfast at the office, Lunch at the office, Basic food basket incentive program, Hygiene and cleaning supplies, Birthday voucher (Sodie cake) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$5\.304,20 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Education: * Bachelor’s degree completed (preferred)
