**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze and approve material and labor requisitions; verify quantity take-offs against project drawings; allocate costs according to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the budget;
* Develop construction schedules aligned with the annual strategic plan;
* Weekly production verification and monitoring – via Prevision Platform; prepare 30-, 60-, and 90-day operational management plans;
* Monthly monitoring of ABC curve overconsumption;
* Contract audits;
* Align strategies to ensure adherence to the construction schedule;
* Monthly physical production verification;
* Technical review and analysis of the ROE (Report on Execution), identification of savings, and low-stock alerts;
* Action plan verification;
* Rescheduling of delayed schedules exceeding 10%;
* Construction performance analysis, identification of potential savings and cost overruns;
* Approval of contracts and amendments.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Prior experience in the field is desirable.
