




Promote continuous improvement in production processes, aiming at efficiently eliminating waste, optimizing material usage, and reducing rework by developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet market demands for locks and security devices, ensuring quality and economic feasibility. Job Description: Focus on continuous improvement of production processes with the objective of eliminating waste in time, materials, scrap, and rework; Create layouts using 2D and 3D software; Carry out projects, tests, and product development for the national market of locks, hardware, mechanical and electromechanical security devices in general, through design software projects, analyzing manufacturing feasibility, defining the most suitable materials, analyzing samples, and preparing dimensional project reports, aiming to meet customer demands for high-quality, low-cost products; Estimate investment costs for new projects by preparing product proposals, component budgets, outsourced items, and preliminary manufacturing process proposals, in order to conduct feasibility studies and prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX); Prepare technical documentation such as drawings, product specifications, and manuals using specific drawing software, aiming to release drawings for manufacturing and define the most suitable packaging; Register structures and routing in the ERP system by entering product codes and manufacturing and assembly routing, aiming to provide data for production planning and costing; Maintain external contacts with suppliers to obtain necessary information for product development.
