




**MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – Mechanical Assembler** Responsibilities: Perform proper pre-assembly and assembly of mechanical and hydraulic parts of machines produced by the company. Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components of machines according to technical drawings and diagrams issued by the Technical Department, following internal assembly and production procedures and using appropriate workshop tools and equipment. Assemble and install electrical components to complete the machine assembly cycle. Verify correct operation of components after assembly, completing required technical reports and conformity certificates according to internal production and assembly procedures. Perform mechanical pre-testing activities, calibrating valves, checking backpressure, and verifying full machine functionality. Clean various machine parts after assembly (metal sheets, metal blocks, etc.). Assist in training and onboarding of new personnel joining different departments. Requirements: Experience and background in mechanics, electrical/electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic drawings. Understanding of measurements for screws, nuts, threads, and hydraulic fittings. Familiarity with measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper). Proficiency in using work tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, grinders, etc. Salary and benefits: Negotiable.
