Commercial Consultant (Heavy-Duty Line) – Northern Region (Pará, Amapá, Roraima, and Amazonas)
Contribute to the Company’s sustainable growth by selling 3S solutions aligned with customers’ needs and focused on building long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Commercial Consultant, you will:**
* Visit the customer portfolio and leads registered in Ploomes, building relationships with decision-makers at transportation companies to enhance satisfaction among existing customers and acquire new clients;
* Receive, record, and process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate;
* Maintain market relationships by systematically recording information in Ploomes;
* Ensure consultative sales of 3S solutions to customers/leads, aligned with the budget;
* Achieve the daily visit target set by GC to generate short- and medium-term sales pipeline;
* Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing product-related information;
* Deliver the revenue target established in the budget, focusing on average ticket value indicators;
* Establish strong synergy with all internal and external areas involved in the business;
* Manage the sales pipeline to ensure delivery of KPIs defined in the budget.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:**
* Ownership mindset, urgency to perform, time self-management, and shared scheduling with leadership—essential traits to take initiative and become a top performer;
* Experience in service-based businesses related to heavy-duty transportation and/or technology (Hunter and Farmer roles);
* Willingness to travel and conduct recurring visits, requiring strong planning skills to maximize productivity;
* Determination and ambition to transform current financial outcomes in the short, medium, and long term;
* Ability to serve customers consultatively, with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset;
* Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, argumentation, and closing;
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities;
* Emotional intelligence to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
* Proactive and analytical profile with attention to detail.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Completed high school, preferably with additional education in administration, marketing, or related fields;
* Experience in operational or administrative roles related to fleet management.
