Responsibilities and duties: Develop and maintain job architecture and career paths; Create and review fixed and variable compensation policies based on technical, behavioral, and performance criteria; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields; Solid experience in compensation: job structures, salary tables and ranges, variable pay, career paths, and salary policies; Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, complex formulas, charts, and automations); Experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g.: Hay, Mercer IPE, Towers Watson); Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to compensation and benefits; Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
