We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **Crushing Team** in **Tarumã \- SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform inspections/check\-lists of crushing assets (reception, preparation, and grinding of sugarcane); * Alternate (when necessary \- vacations, days off, absences) between Auxiliary and Operator II (Pl) roles; * Assist with cleaning, organization, painting, and occasionally assembly/disassembly of crushing components; * Support specific maintenance teams according to the Off\-Season schedule (disassembly/maintenance/assembly of metal conveyors, fabric conveyors, sugarcane preparation equipment, and rollers); **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Discipline regarding safety; * Prior experience in the field will be considered a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 5x1 schedule; * Residence in Assis/SP, Cândido Mota/SP, Tarumã/SP, or Maracaí/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
