With nearly 15 years of experience, the company specializes in transforming technical parts made from reinforced polyester resin—primarily using glass—known as composite materials or fiberglass.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**
Reporting to the Production Supervisor and/or Production Monitor, performs diverse fiberglass manufacturing tasks following documented procedures; prepares required work and molds; laminates, finishes, assembles, and prepares parts per established processes; uses necessary materials; ensures production of parts and components meeting required quality standards; performs other related lamination tasks using appropriate equipment.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school education;
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:**
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
