Industrial Shift Manager (Industrial Processes)

We are looking for an **Industrial Shift Manager (Industrial Processes)** to work in **TARUMÃ/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Monitoring operations together with the COI and production managers, supporting operational integration and decision-making regarding process changes and adjustments; * Issuing work permits and monitoring critical services; * Supporting management and supervision regarding operational data and process status with field visibility; * On-site verification of processes such as centrifuges, pumping, losses, and controls across all process areas; * Directing process shutdowns and restarts; * Acting as the interface with sugarcane suppliers regarding milling pace; * Serving as the focal point for the PI System tool; * Preparing materials for Gerot and Bom dia meetings; * Validating RVI closing data. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Production Engineering, Biochemistry, or equivalent fields; * Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets; * Advanced Office suite skills; * Experience in sugar and ethanol production processes; * Knowledge of mass and energy balances in sugarcane-based units; * Reside in Assis/SP, Maracaí/SP, Cândido Mota/SP, or Tarumã/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day activities and challenges.
