Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and ensure the security of facilities, areas, and staff. * Conduct surveillance via Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) to identify and prevent illegal or suspicious activities. * Manage reception and control visitor and vehicle access. * Record incidents in reports and communicate relevant situations to supervision. * Collaborate with the team during emergency situations, following established protocols. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Conduct basic security training for the team. * Support the preparation of security and incident reports. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education * Security guard training course * Knowledge of asset protection and loss prevention * Ability to identify risks and suspicious behaviors * Prior experience in the security field (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Teamwork capability * Availability for rotating shifts * First aid certification (preferred) Desirable Qualifications * Prior experience in the security field. * Knowledge of security-related norms and legislation. * Proficiency in environmental monitoring and surveillance. * Ability to identify and assess risks. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * First aid training. * Security course certification (desirable). * Familiarity with electronic security systems.
