**Development Manager** ============================== TOTVS \| Assis \- SP \| Hybrid Job Description * Position Mission \- Responsible for managing and defining the evolution of software solutions in the AGRO segment, working in partnership with segment PMs to enhance product competitiveness and efficiency, as well as engaging the DevTeam in disseminating and executing segment strategies. Responsibilities and Duties * Break down company goals with the team and ensure expected results are achieved through meetings, structuring necessary actions, and monitoring ongoing projects; * Monitor strategic and relevant initiatives within the area, defining reporting models for Executive Management, Directors, and N1, and managing risks; * Control and monitor tactical and operational indicators of the area, producing a monthly report on their progress and identifying process improvement opportunities; * Ensure dissemination and training of internal and external clients on solutions developed by the team, guaranteeing delivery of documentation and execution of presentations and workshops; * Ensure developed solutions add value to customers and that the product vision aligns with customer needs, coordinating closely with POs, PMs, Offer, and AR; * Perform planning and budgetary control, as well as monitoring financial targets of the area, analyzing financial reports from Planning and TOTVS's budgeting software \- Prophix; * Break down the annual delivery schedule for the team, aligned with corporate strategic planning, by evaluating customer demands, prioritizing projects, and conducting frequent follow\-ups, while managing interfaces with other teams; Identify market opportunities and trends to maximize the competitiveness of the area’s solutions, through research, participation in technology events, and relevant training;* Monitor product quality improvements, identify process evolution opportunities, and ensure continuous process improvement; * Train and develop successors and leaders to enable hiring and retaining talent within the team, through constant feedback and on\-the\-job actions. Requirements and Qualifications * People Management; * Project Management; * Conflict Management; * Budget Management; * Software Architecture (e.g., client\-server, web, others); * Software Engineering and DevOps; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Knowledge of Management 3\.0; * Familiarity with Jira and agile metrics.
