




Job Summary: Human Resources professional to handle onboarding, payroll, timekeeping control, and ancillary obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Handling onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes 2. Monitoring and verifying electronic timekeeping and vacation records 3. Assisting with ancillary obligations and eSocial * Execute onboarding procedures, including registration and CTPS entry, and system payroll data entry. * Monitor and verify electronic timekeeping records, medical certificates, leaves of absence, and vacation records. * Support offboarding processes, including preparing documents and registering them in eSocial. * Record monthly events and assist in pre-payroll verification. * Assist in submission and verification of ancillary obligations (eSocial, GFIP, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF). Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Labor Legislation, and Payroll Management. * Basic knowledge of ancillary obligations and electronic timekeeping management.
