




Job Summary: Technical support professional providing on-site and remote assistance to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, performing system maintenance and configuration. Configuration of wired and Wi-Fi networks, user management Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers on computers and peripheral devices. * Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, such as hard disk failures, defective RAM, or network connectivity problems. * Perform preventive maintenance on computers and devices. * Point of Sale (POS): assembly, configuration, and support for sales terminals; integration with ERP systems and peripherals. * PIN pads and fiscal printers: installation, firmware updates, support for communication with payment systems and fiscal document issuance. * Zebra printers: configuration, calibration, maintenance, and support for label and barcode software. * IT infrastructure: rack assembly, structured cabling organization, installation of network assets (switches, routers, access points). * Networks and access: configuration of wired and Wi-Fi networks, physical and logical access control, user management, network equipment and firewall permissions. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in technical support, both on-site and remote. * Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution. * Ability to perform preventive and configuration maintenance on IT devices. * Capability to accurately and systematically record technical support incidents. * Strong communication skills to deliver basic user training. * Personal vehicle (car) in good condition for external assignments. * Availability for frequent travel.
