




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Retrieve raw materials from inventory for preparations, following the quantities requested by the baker. Weigh raw materials for preparations. Clean utensils and work areas daily. Produce cakes daily according to training and baker's instructions. Store preparations, labeling them with production date and expiration date. Clean bread cabinets daily to prevent attracting insects. Check hygiene and labeling of raw material containers (sugar, salt, yeast, sprinkles, etc.). Assist in bread production by greasing molds and organizing preparations into molds. Remove garbage and clean the area by clearing residues from countertops and washing the floor daily. Restock breakfast food items according to occupancy metrics and pay attention to timing to avoid waste.
