AGT is the result of a story marked by love for the land, respect for people, and the pursuit of growth. With over 75 years of history, AGT operates in sugarcane production, grains, fresh oranges, frozen concentrated orange and lemon juice (FCOJ and FCLJ), and co-products.
The company employs over four thousand direct employees and benefits approximately twelve thousand people indirectly, constantly encouraging them to develop their creative and innovative sides through recognition and appreciation programs. This is because we believe that transformations generated through innovation lead to benefits, quality, and safety. Thus, we can offer a better path for our employees, our customers, and the communities where we operate.
Caring for our teams is our responsibility—and we do so with great care. Producing more than food—generating sustainability—is our purpose. To achieve this, we work diligently to protect native forests and permanent preservation areas. We also invest in sustainable practices across farming, industry, livestock, and administrative operations.
This is our way of being: caring for people and for the land that provides us with the resources needed to produce sustainably—and thereby ensure food on people’s tables every day.
