We seek a Mid-level Analytics Engineer to build, transform, and deliver data—ensuring quality and performance for analytics and decision-making. You will serve as the bridge between business areas and data engineering, actively contributing to Nio’s data-driven culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** Work on end-to-end data projects: from requirements gathering, through modeling and transformation, to delivery for consumption. Support the development and maintenance of cloud-based data pipelines (ETL/ELT). Ensure data quality and integrity through documentation and versioning practices. Collaborate with teams such as Data Science, Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Design and automate Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on usability and actionable insights. Participate in building data models (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts). Contribute to promoting best practices in data engineering. Present data and analyses to diverse audiences across the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Solid SQL knowledge (CTEs, window functions, optimized queries). Experience with Power BI and report automation. Understanding of dimensional modeling and data architecture. Familiarity with Python for data transformation. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments. Eagerness to learn and passion for data. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Dataprep, Dataflow, Dataform, among others. Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and code versioning (Git). Knowledge of software engineering practices, including testing, documentation, and CI/CD. Experience with business metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
