Job Summary: Responsible for managing the warehouse, controlling materials and tools, and ensuring organization and fulfillment of operational demands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material receipt, inspection, and storage 2. Inventory control and counter service for deliveries 3. Tool organization and inventory management Description: Minimum Requirement: * Completed high school education; Desired Qualifications: * Proficiency with Windows applications; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus; * Basic knowledge of parts/materials used in electrical/mechanical maintenance; * Perform material receipt \- Physically inspect materials, identify and register received items, and store them on designated shelves; * Store materials by distributing or placing them in assigned locations; * Provide counter service for deliveries and record material movements in the SAP system; * Issue purchase requisitions for stock materials to request necessary replenishments; * Identify, organize, and control the inflow and outflow of shared tools; * Conduct periodic quantitative inventory checks and participate annually in company-wide inventory activities; * Perform general cleaning and organization of the maintenance parts warehouse. 2511200202481879235
