Responsibilities and duties * Perform quality inspections and tests on products and processes. * Develop and update documentation related to quality standards. * Analyze quality data and prepare reports with the results obtained. * Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in implementing continuous improvements in production processes. * Train and guide teams on quality standards and procedures. * Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, or related field; * Previous experience in quality control. * Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO and ANVISA. * Skills in preparing technical reports. * Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis. * Proficiency in Office suite. * Preferably reside in Cornélio Procópio. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory testing. Desirable requirements * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related areas. * Knowledge of quality control tools and analysis techniques. * Previous experience in quality control, preferably in slaughterhouses; * Ability to interpret and develop technical standards and procedures. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of quality management tools, such as ISO 9001\. * Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Familiarity with quality management and data analysis software.
