You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring online customer service and sales activities, ensuring efficiency in customer relationships, as well as planning and conducting in-person visits to partner industries and pharmacies whenever necessary. You will define proactive prospecting strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the customer portfolio—ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. You will also oversee order issuance and fulfillment, monitor sales targets and commercial KPIs, conduct periodic performance analyses and reporting, and lead the team’s participation in commercial initiatives, training sessions, and internal alignment meetings.
