Responsibilities and duties **The challenge is:** * Transform management rituals into strategic, decisive, and engaging forums; * Translate the 2030 strategy into concrete, trackable goals; * Develop the analyst team with a data-driven culture, critical thinking, and proactivity. **Here, you will be a key player if:** * You understand that management is a means, not an end, and that the system's role is to bring the company closer to its dreams; * You can turn indicators into meaningful business stories; * You are relational and mature enough to interact as an equal with senior leadership; * You enjoy building structures from scratch and leading change. **What you will do in practice:** * Redesign key management rituals (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly); * Calibrate goals and define monitoring standards based on historical data, analysis, and forecasts; * Lead PDCA, root cause analysis, action, and standardization; * Implement visual management and a data-driven decision culture; * Develop and support analysts with clear deliverables, learning paths, and ownership.
