Committed to development and continuous improvement, Magnesium do Brasil is in constant evolution, placing employee experience at the center of all management concerns. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Supervise maintenance teams as part of our industrial leadership team at our factory in Jucás - CE, acting as a leader of a diverse team aiming to add value across the entire production chain, reporting directly to Maintenance Coordination. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supervise maintenance teams (technical operators), ensuring optimal allocation of available resources and maximum productivity; * Execute standardized operational procedures related to the area, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements, as well as driving continuous improvement; * Act as the primary representative of Safety and Quality within the team, serving as a role model through behavior to preserve the value of our company, our people, and society; * Train and develop employees on standardized operational procedures, as well as other training programs focused on personnel development; * Ensure that maintenance parameters are being monitored and followed as planned; * Open and receive service orders for mechanical/electrical activities, maintaining a team-oriented work spirit within the maintenance team; * Address and resolve unexpected incidents related to machinery, processes, or personnel. **In return, we offer you:** An environment full of challenges, with opportunities for growth and development.
