Direct support to operational management and continuous improvement **Job Description** The Senior Security Guard is the professional responsible for providing technical leadership in asset security operations, ensuring the protection of people, physical assets, and materials of the organization. We believe in intrapreneurship—that is, each person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference every day. **What do we expect from the Senior Security Guard?** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of experience in asset security, as a security guard or in related roles; * Certifications in security or loss prevention; * Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to asset security; * Proficiency in CCTV systems, electronic access control, motion sensors, and other security devices. **What are the Senior Security Guard’s routine responsibilities?** * Serve as the team’s technical reference for security personnel, guiding and supporting security guards and senior security guards in carrying out their duties. * Support the Supervisor in coordinating security operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs, and institutional guidelines; * Plan, monitor, and validate strategic patrols, adjusting routes and frequencies based on risk analysis; * Supervise access control for people, vehicles, and materials, rigorously verifying documents, credentials, and authorizations; * Monitor and analyze information from security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control), identifying risk patterns and opportunities for improvement; * Lead responses to critical incidents and emergencies—including intrusions, thefts, fires, accidents, or conflicts—making rapid and accurate decisions; * Activate and coordinate internal teams (fire brigade, maintenance, leadership) and external authorities when necessary; * Prepare, review, and validate technical incident reports, presenting analyses, causes, impacts, and recommendations; * Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset security; * Conduct and support technical training, refresher courses, and simulations for the team, ensuring continuous updates; * Support the Supervisor in performance evaluations, identification of technical gaps, and professional development of team members; * Monitor the condition, proper usage, and maintenance needs of security equipment; * Act preventively, proposing improvements to security processes, technologies, and routines; * Comply with and ensure adherence to internal regulations, security policies, and code of conduct; * Perform other duties related to this scope of work, as directed by leadership. **What do we offer the Senior Security Guard?** Beyond competitive compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
