Responsibilities: * Manage new employee onboarding, including document control and ASO scheduling; * Perform payroll calculations; * Execute employee offboarding procedures, including related calculations; * Close time sheets; * Administer benefits, including tracking, calculations, and recordkeeping; * Provide employee support regarding payroll-related inquiries, treating employees courteously; * Maintain organized filing systems; * Perform calculations for tax closing (INSS, FGTS, etc). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and make sound decisions; * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strategic business perspective; * Knowledge of Senior system is a plus.
