Assign tasks and guide workers. Monitor adherence to the construction schedule. Ensure quality and correct execution of services. Guide the team on safety regulations. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Operations Coordinator, or Department Head may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
