**Responsibilities**
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, service providers, suppliers, and employees.
* Develop and maintain standard construction contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business practices.
* Monitor contract validity, tracking deadlines, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
* Ensure that clauses related to deadlines, penalties, price adjustments, guarantees, and technical responsibilities comply with current legislation and mitigate legal risks.
* Assess legal risks associated with construction projects and developments prior to commencement of execution, proposing preventive solutions.
* Provide advisory support to the executive board and to engineering and business departments, supporting contractual decisions, strategic negotiations, and partnerships.
* Represent the company in judicial and administrative proceedings across labor, civil, tax, environmental, and contractual matters.
* Manage the company’s legal liabilities, proposing preventive actions and strategies to reduce litigation.
* Monitor and perform registrations at notary offices, commercial registries, and other competent authorities.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
* Strong ability to analyze legal risks and interpret complex contractual clauses.
* Excellent legal writing skills, along with negotiation ability and strategic acumen.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Knowledge of construction contracts and service agreements in the civil construction sector.
* Prior experience in contract management and legal practice within civil construction companies.

Salary: R$10,000.00 – R$15,000.00 per month
