Lead/Participate in DDS meetings; * Participate and question the Safety Trigger daily; * Deliver PPEs and collective protection equipment, collecting damaged items daily; * Purchase PPEs and collective protection equipment according to client requirements; * Develop methods to control general PPE consumption; * Manage training, ASO, and onboarding tracking spreadsheets; * Organize safety documents in each employee's folder (certificates, attendance lists, evaluations, etc.); * Conduct mandatory HSE training and refresher courses; * Develop/Lead HSE campaigns; * Prepare/review team JSA; * Manage HSE actions in Intelex and Fluig (record risk eliminations and SMS actions); * Perform monthly tool inspections according to the month's checklist; * Monitor workfront authorizations, ensuring all safety procedures are followed and proposing improvements; * Develop innovations; * Promote safety initiatives on digital platforms. * Ensure compliance with PDS and client-specific SMS regulations; * Other related duties as defined by contract management or SMS supervisor. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The main purpose of this position is to provide occasional services according to the needs of the service post. To monitor premises, public and private areas in order to prevent, control and combat irregularities. To ensure the safety of people, property, and compliance with laws and regulations. To receive and control the movement of people in open and restricted access areas. To inspect people, cargo and property, escort people and goods. SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: This position has the same responsibilities as a security guard; however, it is called with advance notice and has 24 hours to respond whether accepting or not the job. Report events occurring during the surveillance period to immediate supervision. Control the movement and presence of people, vehicles and material assets as a security measure, proceeding with identification and registration when required. Conduct systematic patrols and inspections of company premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized entries and other abnormalities. Record incidents and actions taken during the shift, writing in the incident log to inform the immediate supervisor and allow decisions to correct identified irregularities. Perform systematic inspections and rounds throughout the service post facilities, preventing situations that may jeopardize the integrity of the building, equipment, and the safety of staff and users. Occasionally, if requested, perform basic cleaning of weapons used at the service post. The position does not require employee supervision. Requirements: \-Valid security guard training course and up\-to\-date refresher training; \-Availability for scheduling; \-Driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting.
