RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS Works directly with the end consumer, representing the brand through the solutions presented, exceeding qualitative and quantitative objectives. Approaches customers in a polite and friendly manner, prioritizing their well-being in the service environment. Interacts with customers, building negotiation strategies in order to understand them and identify their needs. Seeks to offer products and services according to each customer's reality, providing as much information as possible to minimize discomfort regarding the purchase. Uses digital platforms to collect the customer's telecommunications history and accurately record information consistent with the agreed request. Leads the negotiation closing, highlighting what was acquired by the consumer to fulfill their initial expectations. Follows up and assists the customer after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participates in training programs related to the area to enhance knowledge and skills, achieving satisfactory performance results.
