In this role, you will provide technical support for printers and notebooks used by Gowork employees, wired and Wi-Fi internet, DVR and NVR systems for unit surveillance cameras, access control using Control ID devices, and configuration of networking equipment. If you believe entrepreneurship can change Brazil and want to work in a cool environment where you can learn and evolve, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist with activities related to wired and Wi-Fi internet; * Handle requests regarding configuration and maintenance of company notebooks and mobile phones; * Assist internal employees with configuring their devices; * Monitor service requests and verify Order of Service (OS) processes; * Perform maintenance on video recording devices (DVR and NVR) and cameras; * Request hardware and software for correction and updates from the supervisor; * Configure and enable access using the Control ID tool; * Provide help desk support, including Office suite configuration, networking, and system updates; * Configure and troubleshoot wired and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring internet service quality; * Participate in meetings as needed, providing technical and operational information; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Telecommunications Technology, Systems Analysis, Engineering, Electroelectronics, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with Control ID, CCTV, and Link Upgrades; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. **Additional information** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday; * Work location: City of São Paulo; * Meal voucher (VR); * Transportation voucher (VT); * Total Pass; * Vittube; * Life insurance; * University partnerships; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * Corporate mobile phone and notebook; * 99 rides paid by the company (for travel between units).
