Ensure the organization, control, and accuracy of warehouse inventory, guaranteeing proper storage, movement, and traceability of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and various materials. Act in an analytical and operational manner, supporting receiving, storage, inventory, and internal service routines, promoting efficiency and discipline in inventory management processes. * Control physical and system inventory of raw materials, packaging, intermediate products, and supplies, ensuring accuracy between the system and actual stock. * Execute and monitor cyclic and general inventories, analyzing discrepancies, identifying causes, and proposing corrective action plans. * Monitor receipts, shipments, returns, and internal transfers, ensuring all movements are properly recorded in the ERP (SAP, WMS, etc.). * Support the implementation and maintenance of physical bin locations, ensuring full traceability of stored materials. * Generate and analyze inventory control reports, ABC curves, turnover, expiration dates, and obsolescence, providing decision-making support for coordination and management. * Collaborate with procurement, production planning, quality, and shipping departments to ensure correct material flow and minimize stockouts. * Perform system entries for invoices, requisitions, and production orders when applicable. * Monitor, create, and review documentation sections of warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), proposing continuous improvements and ensuring operational standards. * Support the physical organization and 5S practices in the warehouse, safeguarding material safety and integrity. * Participate in internal and external audits, presenting inventory control indicators and evidence. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience in the role. * Desired: Experience with WMS, physical bin location tools, knowledge of cyclic inventory methods, FIFO/FEFO, and logistics indicators. * Advantage: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Sênior, Protheus or similar) and advanced Excel spreadsheets.
